Emma Williamson

Emma attended the University of Manchester and achieved an LLB Honours Degree in Law in 2014. She graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal studies with Distinction and works in the firm as a Solicitor specialising in Medical Negligence.
Emma embarked on her career within a busy general practice and has the benefit of many years valuable experience in the legal sector prior to joining Brendan Kearney & Company. Emma joined in July 2019 and has primarily assisted in our growing Healthcare Department dealing with a variety of complex and high value clinical negligence actions.
Emma is passionate about this area of law and takes a client-focused approach. She is available to advise on any query that arises regarding the standard of care provided in a healthcare setting and has particular interest in assisting women who have suffered due to birth trauma.
